Long Description

Champagne gold sits in the middle ground between “brass” and “beige” — it warms up a cold-white wall without shouting the way polished brass does, and it works alongside modern taupe and greige interiors the way silver or stainless never quite manages. Series 01 puts that finish onto a fine-textured PC plate and adds a design choice the rest of the catalogue does not make: the actuator on every lighting switch is round, not rectangular. A single circle for 1G, a hemisphere pair for 2G, a three-segment pie for 3G — the switch face becomes a graphic element in its own right, not a functional rectangle grafted onto a decorative plate.

The functional line-up is deliberately full, so the design signature does not force a compromise on what the wall can do. The 13A UK switched socket carries the shuttered live-neutral gate and a round actuator for its switch, so a single-gang socket keeps the same visual rhythm as a lighting plate on the neighbouring wall. The 15A round-pin variant handles air-conditioning and heavier legacy loads. The multi-standard 3-pin universal socket takes UK, EU and US plugs on one shutter. A double universal outlet is available for workstation walls. A 45A double-pole isolator with a red neon indicator serves cooker and shower duty. The range also picks up two positions the plain wiring families usually skip — a telephone RJ-11 socket and a red “VOR” emergency-call actuator with a domed cover, which specifiers of eldercare, hospitality and assisted-living projects usually have to source separately.

Face colour is available in four options — white, black, silver, and the signature champagne gold — so the plate can drop into a scheme that already leans warm-metal (gold), cool-metal (silver), high-contrast (black) or clean (white) without forcing a re-spec.

Behind the plate the mechanism is conventional: 250V rocker rating on the switch path, captive terminal screws, standard 86 mm back-box mounting, fire-retardant PC carrier.
